To help you find out, our team at Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has created this guide to the Ram 1500 trim levels. Let's see what they have to offer!  Schedule a test drive today.

Tradesman

The Ram 1500 Tradesman kicks off our trim-level countdown. It comes with the power of a 3.6L Pentastar® V6 engine that generates 305 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque. It comes standard with the eTorque Mild Hybrid System that replaces the traditional alternator with a battery-powered generator. This boosts towing strength and fuel economy at the same time.

Inside, you'll get to choose between soft cloth-trimmed seats or durable and easy-to-clean vinyl. The center of connectivity in the Tradesman is the standard Uconnect® 3 system. It comes with a 5-inch touchscreen display and Bluetooth® for hands-free phone use.

The ParkView® Rear Back-Up Camera also comes standard. Its dynamic grid lines will help guide you into tight parking spots and line up your truck with a trailer.

Available Features of the Ram 1500 Trim Levels

As you ascend through the available 2020 Ram 1500 trim levels, you'll find more capability and comfort. If you need more hauling strength, every trim level can be equipped with the optional 5.7L HEMI® V8 engine. It kicks out 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. When fitted with the available eTorque, it can tow up to 12,750 pounds.

If you're looking for the premium relaxation of leather upholstery, you'll get it starting with the Rebel trim. The all-season comfort of heated and ventilated front seats comes with the Laramie, Laramie Longhorn, and Limited trim levels.

You'll also get more advanced technology with the higher trim levels. The connective power of Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ comes standard starting with the Laramie, and you'll get to control it all from a 12-inch touchscreen display in the Limited trim level. To give you more confidence, the Limited also comes with Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross-Path and Trailer Detection.

Configurations & Cab Sizes

If you're looking for more capability for off-road adventures or rugged jobsites, all the new Ram 1500 trim levels can be outfitted with an available 4x4 system. Its electronic shift-on-the-fly part-time transfer case will let you go from the pavement to the trails in the blink of an eye.

There are two different cab configurations, so you'll have space and seating for your whole crew. All trim levels can be outfitted with a Crew Cab that comes with up to 45.2 inches of rear legroom. If you need something more compact, opt for the Quad Cab with the Tradesman, Big Horn, Lone Star, Laramie, or Rebel trims.

The Ram 1500 has a payload of up to 2,300 pounds, and the right bed size will help you make the most of it. You'll have two to choose from: The 6-foot, 4-inch bed comes with all Quad Cabs, but if you opt for a Crew Cab, you can also choose a 5-foot, 7-inch bed.
